Women and the Tech Industry
Women to this day are still quite the minority when it comes to positions in the tech industry, actually in most influential industries. Women are often seen the superior race an incapable of doing certain tasks when it comes to physical and/or academic jobs. Present day, women only make up only 5% of leadership jobs, which is not really progress or an improvement. The little 5% still make less than men do. Hopefully, we will see an increase in diversity amongst these high-end jobs, both gender and racially.
